- The Dyconia Resort has become a very popular destination for After Prom Parties, Graduation Parties, and Party Get Aways and it is the # 1 Party Location in Wasaga Beach!
- We are located on the river, across from Beach Area 2.
- We are a 7 minute walk to Beach Area 1, also known as "The Main Beach".
- Located on the Nottawasaga River, a short stroll to the sandy beaches of beautiful Georgian Bay.

Information for Minors
The Dyconia resort does not require minors to arrive with a parent or guardian for check-in. However, minors do need to bring waivers signed by your parent or guardian if you are under 18 years of age. We can email or snail-mail a copy of the waiver to you. Please remember to bring the waiver with you when you arrive.
In The Immediate Area
Shopping, restaurants, bars LCBO and the Beer store are just minutes away. Some of these include: Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza, Swiss Chalet, Galaxy Restaurant, Wing Wings, Pizza Pizza, KFC, McDonalds, Walmart and Many Others.
Resort Policy & Security

- A $50 per person security deposit is required.
Your security fee will be returned provided that there is no damage done, cleaning required, and the unit is left in the condition in which it was found. - The balance of your rental payment and the security deposit are to be paid in full at least 3 weeks before your arrival date.
- We do not hold or reserve any units without a paid deposit under any circumstances. Due to many return guests and referrals, our units are booked up early. If you have dates in mind then please call for availability, rates and to answer any questions you may have.
- Only registered guests will be allowed on the Dyconia Resort Property during your rental. We have a wrist band policy in effect at the resort.
- The Dyconia Resort has on-site security.
