For The Dyconia Resort Hotel & Suites

A No Refund Policy - is our policy at The Dyconia Resort Hotel & Suites.  The Dyconia Resort Hotel & Suites offer absolutely No Refunds under any circumstances with no exceptions to this policy.   The No Refund Policy means that you will forfeit your deposit paid and any and all monies paid to the Dyconia Resort.  If cancelled, or no show, or any other reasons, will incur a cost of 100 percent of the stay to be charged.  The term cancelled or no show is at the sole discretion of the Dyconia Resort Hotel & Suites management.  There is absolutely no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.

We have no control over the weather.

The Dyconia Resort Hotel & Suites reserves the right to remove or evict anyone from the property if they do not follow the rules, or if they are deemed to be trespassing (i.e. not paid guests). Anyone evicted from the premises is not entitled to a refund or credit under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy. All evictions are at the sole discretion of the Dyconia Resort Hotel management. Please obey the rules and enjoy your stay.

Right of Refusal -The Dyconia Resort Hotel & Suites reserves the right to remove and evict persons from the grounds or rooms if they break the rules, or if they are not paid guests. A  good behaviour code is in effect at all times. While this action would be a last resort, we cannot tolerate any situation which may escalate and put our property, staff or guests at risk. Under most circumstances a warning will be issued, at which time you can adjust your behaviour but there are some situations which may require immediate eviction. There is no refund or credit given to anyone who's behaviour causes their own eviction. No exceptions.
